Mr. Patel brings 18 years of development, construction, and management experience to the team. Previous experiences include developing various commercial properties, residential land entitlements, franchised hotel development, and management of various national brands in multiple states. Mr. Patel earned a B.S. Management Information Systems degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mr. Patel is also a Certified Hotel Operator and a licensed General Contractor in the State of New Mexico.
Anil Patel
Mr. Patel brings 20 years of development, construction, and management experience to the team. Previous experiences include managing nationally branded restaurants, own and operated multiple locations of convenience stores, acquiring turnaround opportunities of convenience stores and successfully disposing of, purchasing and renovating single-family homes for flips, and operating a wholesale fuel company with 54 rigs as its fleet. Mr. Patel earned a B.A. Communications degree from the College of Charleston.
